הרב טבצ’ניק שליט’אOne of the top graduates of Ariel – Harry Fischel Institute. Served as rabbi of the Israel Police Northern District and rabbi of the Denya neighborhood in Haifa. For many years he was the chief rabbi of the Ashkenazi Community in Mexico. Upon his return to Israel he founded the Institute for Spiritual Leadership in Ariel and later was appointed as CEO of the institutions. Has published numerous books and is a rare combination of an intellectual with organizational talents and blessed performance.
